I remember the first time I went to a GP and I could feel the sound going through my chest. It must be pretty cool to drive his dad’s car. I was in Japan at the time and I took some Ferrari and Fila subway ads, I still have them somewhere.

Never heard the V 10s in person, but so glad I got to hear/feel the V8s before they were gone. Have heard the new engines in person, and it’s just not the same... Didn’t even need hearing protection.

That was my favorite part of the whole race weekend. When F1 first came to COTA, I went out to the airport to watch the international traffic arrive. You could hear the cars from a few miles away. It was awesome.

W hen a few cars hit the straight together it was insane. I remember I got some free Sauber earplugs before the race and I’m glad I did.

I went to the 8s a few times, I wish we had that at the very least. The 10s and 12s had a shriek to them that made you think it might be unsafe to have these vibrations passing through your brain. It’s awesome.

I’m bummed I never got to hear the V10s in person. I loved that moment in the Sky coverage when Brundle had to stop talking as the Ferrari screamed by.

It’s nuts, when a few cars hit the straight together it actually seems to blur your vision haha. I can’t imagine what it’s like to drive one, no video could tell you that.
